Sini is our team’s trusty defender, a firm recruitment industry expert from Oulu.

Sini started working in the field during her studies, in the youth summer job campaign. By education, Sini is a Business Management Specialist. She has managed to work in the personnel field for already six years. Sini has extensive knowledge in, among others, the recruitments of the industrial, electrical, and commercial sectors.

One of Sini’s strengths is that she can keep many threads in her hands at the same time. She takes care of the employee, the client company, and the communication between them smoothly and with professionalism. Sini has good “antennae” regarding people. She quickly notices which workplace suits which job applicant. Understanding people, uncovering and articulating strengths and the applicant’s expertise, is Sini’s special gift.

“The best thing is when there is a good workplace and a good employee, and you get to bring them together,” says Sini when asked why the industry attracts her.

His career in sales has varied from B2B commerce to consumer sales. In sales roles, Marko has also had team recruitment responsibility and supervisory responsibility, meaning he has accumulated HR experience from acting as the supervisor for a 25-person sales team. Recruiting sales sector employees is one of the toughest genres in recruitment, and Marko is a king in it. The staffing sector has attracted Marko several times during his career, and now this opportunity has opened up.

Calmness radiates from Marko. Marko gets ignited by other people, activities, and interactions with others. When someone is enthusiastic about things and another is by nature an emotional person, Marko is clearly a people person.

Heidi has worked as a designer and trainer in workforce training and has been providing start-up grant advice to companies for 5 years as a side job.

She has almost 10 years of entrepreneurial experience. She likes to spar with companies in business development in terms of financing, sales, marketing, acquisitions and pricing.

Jonna has worked in the staffing and recruitment industry for over five years. During these years, she has worked with people from several industries and gained experience in direct recruitment, employment services, the restaurant industry, the fields of manufacturing, construction and logistics, as well as in recruiting office workers. Jonna has strong expertise in the staffing and recruitment industry’s information systems, project management, marketing, finances and processes. She has worked in customer service in the private and public sectors. Jonna strengths in the HR field include a caring and empathetic way of dealing with people in any situation.
